Sacred Power Terms and Conditions for Services and Legal Disclaimer

Age of Majority Agreement

You are 18 years of age or older, and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Services Rendered Agreement

The outer world perception of intuitive/psychic/empathic/healing/channeling abilities varies drastically, therefore, any information, communications, consultations and/or participation in an event with Sacred Power and/or Donna Francis for this intent and purpose are to be considered as spiritual education/learning purposes only.

Professional Services Agreement

By paying for or accepting a consultation/session with Donna Francis/Sacred Power, or attending/participating in a Sacred Power Event you agree that the information received whether verbal or energetic are not a substitute for and are never intended to take the place of the services from a licensed medical, mental health, legal, financial, and/or business professional.  You are encouraged to seek advice from a qualified expert for formal guidance on such and related matters.

Accountability Agreement

Donna Francis/Sacred Power do not accept any liability and/or responsibility for any action(s), choice(s) and/or decision(s) any client may choose to take or make, or not take or make, stemming from their consultation/session with Donna Francis/Sacred Power or attending/participating in a Sacred Power Event (Circles, Weekend Intensive, etc).  Donna Francis/Sacred Power provides no guarantees, or implied warranties and is not responsible for any interpretations, choices/decisions made or actions taken by clients/participants.

You are encouraged to listen to the voice within your heart as to whether you are, or you are not, in agreement with what another states about your life before making any choices/decisions or taking any actions.

Indemnity Agreement

For any service rendered, you will indemnify and hold harmless Sacred Power and/or Donna Francis, their heirs, relatives, successors, agents, employees, and assignees in perpetuity against any and all claims and actions arising out of your consultation(s)/session(s) with Donna Francis and/or Sacred Power, including, without limitation, expenses, judgments, fines, settlements and other amounts actually and reasonably incurred in connection with any liability, suit, action, loss, or damage arising or resulting from said consultation(s).

Materials/Intellectual Property Agreement.

Consultations and attendance at any Sacred Power Session or Sacred Power Event are for personal use only.  You shall not publish, display, share, distribute and/or publicly archive any material, photos, content, etc. offered to you during your consultation(s)/session(s) or event(s) without express written permission from Donna Francis or an agent of Sacred Power.

All verbal information shared, including but not limited to techniques, mediations, and voice instructions are intellectual property, and shall not be shared without express written permission from Donna Francis or an agent of Sacred Power.

The contents of SacredPower.ca is copyrighted.  You may share this information through any appropriate medium as long as a proper credit line is included.

Confidentiality Agreement

General information received during a consultation/session/event may be used without limitation by Donna Francis/Sacred Power.  The information used in any material form will not contain or reveal any specific information about your consultation/session/event, nor will it reference your identity, unless explicit written consent has been given (i.e. testimonials).  All consultations/sessions/ events are recorded for the use of Donna Francis/Sacred Power to retrieve material/intellectual property.  All are held in strict confidence.

All information received during the consultation/session/event with Donna Francis/Sacred Power regarding any personal information about you exchanged during the consultation/session/event is held in strict confidentiality.  Donna Francis’ ground of being with all individuals is based on trust, integrity and discretion, thus any information related to you received or shared throughout the consultation(s)/session(s)/events(s) will not be shared in any way except as in noted in the above paragraph.

Sacred Power Private Sessions (Readings, Healings, Consultations, Coaching, etc.), Payment  and Cancellation Agreement

• Fees for services are subject to change without notice.
• Fees are in Canadian dollars.
• For Canadian clients, fees may be paid by e-transfer or via PayPal in the amount listed on the website – e-transfer to info@sacredpower.ca and PayPal with paypal.me/SacredPowerNOW.
• International clients MUST pay via PayPal with paypal.me/SacredPowerNOW.
• Special rates for Sacred Power Sessions/Events not listed on website and paid through PayPal will incur an administration minimum fee of $5.00 on every $100.00 or portion thereof to cover the costs of PayPal’s charges.
• Fees do not include a recording of the session; you are welcome to record your private session on your own personal devices.
• After a session is completed, any future post session questions or clarifications will require the setting of another paid session.
• Unless otherwise agreed to by both parties, all sessions are paid for through PayPal link paypal.me/SacredPowerNOW or by e-transfer immediately upon completion of scheduling/registration process (Canada only).  Payments must be settled within 2 hours.  A session booking will be cancelled after 2 hours of scheduling if payment is not received.
• Payment of Discover and Explore packages, Multi-packs and Membership is in advance to receive reduced fee and benefits and, thus, there are special refund terms for these items that will be determined in accordance to the conditions below.
• There are NO Payment Plans for private sessions.

1.  Private Sessions – (includes sessions offered as part of a package fee – Mentoring/Coaching and Multi-Pack Discount Purchases) – payment and cancellation terms

• ALL purchases are final.
• Booked/purchased Private Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferrable with the exception of package purchases – see below.
• A confirmed appointment may be rescheduled by the client online within 36 hours of scheduled appointment time.  If not so done, it will be charged and deemed as a “no show.”  A session may only be rescheduled online by the client TWICE.  If the client does not attend this 3rd date change, the session will be charged and deemed as a “no show.”
• In an emergency, a client may contact the office via email (info@sacredpower.ca) to reschedule an appointment after the 36 hours has past.  There is a $50 re-scheduling fee that can be paid via e-transfer to info@sacredpower.ca (Canadians only) or through Paypal link paypal.me/SacredPowerNOW  at the time of rescheduling request. 
• Circumstances may require Donna Francis/Sacred Power to cancel an appointment with short notice.  Any such cancellation will be fully refunded, unless rescheduling occurs.

2.  Pre-paid packages – Mentoring/Coaching Explore and Discover You! Package and Multi-pack purchases

All terms and conditions are the same as above for Private Sessions with the following exceptions:

• Pre-paid packages – As one must have previously participated in a Sacred Power Session/Event, the client is aware of the dynamics of the “work,” and thus all paid sessions are non-refundable; however any monies left over from any unused sessions, once calculated as below, may be transferred to a Sacred Power Event.
  • Any unused sessions of a Mentoring/Coaching Explore and Discover You! Package or of a Multi-pack purchase will be availalbe for transfer to a Sacred Power Event after the costs are determined by the used sessions at the current regular price of sessions and less a $50 administration fee.

Sacred Power Events – (Ponderings, Circles, Weekend Intensives, Journeys), Payment  and Cancellation Agreement

• All registration deposits are non refundable and non transferable to another individual.
• Deposit amounts may be transferred and used towards a Sacred Power Session or a Sacred Power Event with Donna Francis within a 3-month period after cancellation and for only the original registered participant should they choose not to attend the Sacred Power Event.
• Fees for services are specific to each Sacred Power Event and will be listed on website and printed documentation.
• Fees are in Canadian dollars.
• All participants in all Sacred Power Events are required to agree to an Integrity statement prior to attending the specific event for which they are registered.
• For Canadian clients, fees may be paid via e-transfer or PayPal in the amount (full or deposit) listed on the website at time of registration/scheduling – e-transfer to info@sacredpower.ca and/or with PayPal link paypal.me/SacredPowerNOW
• International clients fees MUST pay via PayPal in the amount (full or deposit) listed on the website at the time of scheduling/registration – PayPal link:  paypal.me/SacredPowerNOW.
• Special rates for Sacred Power Sessions/Events not listed on website and paid through PayPal will incur an administration minimum fee of $5.00 on every $100.00 or portion thereof to cover the costs of PayPal’s charges.
• Fees do not include the recording of the events, and NO personal recording is permitted for any Sacred Power Event (group).  All videos and recordings done by Sacred Power is copyrighted and if determined to be shared with members of the specific Sacred Power Event, it may never be shared, listened to or viewed by any other individual(s) outside of that specific group.
• Unless otherwise agreed to by both parties, all event deposits, full payments and/or balance owing payments are paid in accordance with the above procedures.
• All payments/deposits are to be settled within 2 hours of registering for the event.  Payment of balance owing may be paid at any time after registration and must be received within the noted timeframe for payment in full date listed on the website.  
• PAYMENT PLANS will incur an administration fee that is dependent upon the length of the terms of financing.  All payment plans must be determined and agreed to, in writing, prior to registration.
• Cancellation must be received in writing and the receipt of such correspondence will be determined as the date of cancellation.
• Refund of any monies paid for the event, other than the deposit, are fully refundable, less a $50 administration fee if cancellation occurs before 30 days of the event start date.  Monies may also be transferred to a Sacred Power Session or to a future Sacred Power Event occurring within three months of cancellation without an administration fee.
• Refund of any monies paid for the event, other than the deposit, are 50% refundable, less a $50 administration fee if cancellation occurs between 29 and 14 days of the event start date.  The refundable monies may also be transferred to a Sacred Power Session or to a future Sacred Power Event occurring within three months of cancellation without an administration fee.
• Refund of any monies paid for the event is non refundable if cancellation is 14 days or less prior to the event start date.  Monies, less a $50 administration fee may be applied towards a Sacred Power Session or future Sacred Power Event occurring within 3 months of cancellation.  Space will be opened to those on the waiting list 14 days prior to the event start.
• Circumstances may require Donna Francis/Sacred Power to cancel a Sacred Power Event with short notice. Any such cancellation will be fully refunded, unless it is agreed by both parties to apply payment towards a Sacred Power Session or future Sacred Power Event.
• Zoom links or links to private sessions with Sacred Power Event offers will not be sent until payment in FULL is received.  (Special Offers Private session with Event bookings are on a first come, first choice availability).

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.  As acknowledging that one has read the Terms and Conditions prior to participating in any Sacred Power Session/Event when scheduling to participate in a Sacred Power Session/Event, the reading of the Terms and Conditions at that time is awareness of the current Terms and Conditions for participating in the services provided by Sacred Power.  By scheduling the Sacred Power Session/Event and continuing to use the services, is your agreement to the Terms and Conditions set forth at the time of scheduling.  If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.  Thank you.
